Yes! The celebrity chart has always been controversial. Weibo kept changing the rules in the past to figure out the limit. They decided to put it offline recently due to some big "traffic star" scandals. But it's only temporary and the chart will comeback with more third-party reviews (e.g. charts like imdb).
